When pizzaboy Alan Probe is driving home one night, dreaming about being a surgeon, he hits Dr Ignacious Bleed, a disgraced surgeon. Dr Ignacious Bleed is bleeding so badly that Alan has to cut him open using his pizza tools, to stop the bleeding. After saving Dr Ignacious Bleed, Alan convinces him to teach him how to do surgery. Dr Ignacious is a bit reluctant at first but at that moment a burglar falls trough the window so he has no choice but to help the burglar and teach Alan how to do surgery. And from then on, they are starting their own mini hospital. Help them heal all the victims and don't screw up, or people will die!
